Crossfit Time!

Toca acelerar el turbo si se quiere sobrevivir al festival gastronómico en el que se ha convertido la navidad.

Tunrrones, mazapanes… Y mejor no hablar de lo salado, se me hace la boca agua y al mismo tiempo la campanita de la conciencia me indica que los excesos se recortan manteniendo un estilo de vida saludable.

Fiel a mi entrenamiento semanal comparto una serie de ejercicios que os ayudará a mantener la báscula a raya.

Gracias Alberto Recio por hacer que mis caderas y otras partes se mantengan en su lugar.

Christmas is the gastronomy festival time, where calories do not count… But let’s being serious, in January all gyms around live their best moments.

The only way to survive to this calories explosion is continue with our training and work out routine.

Yesterday I went to Nine Fitness and sweated my tshirt with a series of exercises, oh my god, I can not feel my body! CrossFit I love you, thanks to you I am going to eat all desserts 😉
