Y con Septiembre llegan muchas cosas… La vuelta al colegio, vuelta al trabajo, propósitos de enmienda como ir al gimnasio, que verá su despropósito a final de mes después de haber desembolsado una cantidad indecente de dinero por una membresía que apenas utilizaremos…

Después de mi primera temporada en #NuevaYork vi cómo mi trasero crecía a unas dimensiones que ya le gustaría a la mismísima #JLo 

Consciente me puse manos a la obra y seguí mi rutina #Wellness, con serios recortes de calorías y lágrimas en los ojos cuando veía un trozo de queso, pero eso es pasado y hoy puedo lucir mi pantalón blanco favorito, un color inmaculado y muy locuaz, es capaz de predecir la celulitis que tendremos en un futuro.

Por fin se dio la oportunidad de ir a montar en bicicleta a Governors Island, un buen comienzo para estrenar estación, menos kilos y volver a pedalear!

With September there are so many things re-starting: back to school, to work and new resolutions: going to a #Healthy life #Gym

Being realistic going to the gym is the failure number one,  before Christmas most of the members just quit their purpose.

I am the mentally tough girl ever, and after my season one in #NewYork I realised how tight my pants were, and not for the dryer machine, my butt was growing for seconds, Jennifer Lopez would wish my backside extra volume 😉

And I kept going every day in my gym, also  reduced calories, I said bye bye to cheese, it cost me sweat and tears, but here I am, back to my beloved New York and back to my favourite #AllWhiteLook

White is purity and also the most indiscreet color ever, chatty color, has thepower of prediction: predicting cellulites even before we have it.

Miracle doesn`t exist, but after the effort I could ride my bike around #GovernorsIsland, highly recommend when in New York.
