Social Life in New York

Amores y se nos ha ido el año, suenan las campanadas, es un adiós definitivo al 2017 y una cálida bienvenida a un 2018 lleno de momentos interesantes.

La mejor manera de despedir este año es haciendo un resumen a los eventos más canallas y divertidos a los que he acudido este último mes del año, y señores la vida es muy bella y no hay que tomarla tan en serio, cada vez que me rodeo de profesionales exitosos veo como saben verle el lado amable a todo, y siempre están dispuestos a mostrar el lado más humano cuando se trata de compartir con su público y seguidores.

Tuve el honor de ser invitada a la Edición 2017 de Neoyorquinos Awards organizado por el periodista Nolasco N. un lujo ver como premian la labor de destacados profesionales cada uno relevante en su industria, lo bueno de las grandes ciudades es que numerosos eventos se dan cita a la misma hora y en la otra punta, así que toca correr y tener el teléfono a mano para llamar un taxi y/o Uber.

Saliendo de este evento nos marchamos al lanzamiento de las gafas de sol del diseñador Venezolano Angel Sanchez  en downtown, 30 largos minutos que se nos hicieron bastante cortos, dadas las risas y las historias que la fundadora y presidente de Latinas en Nueva York, Fanny Mairena y yo compartimos.

Los modelos que descubrimos en Angel Sanchez Eyewear no dejan indiferente a nadie, son gafas para sentirnos divos, la hechura, el tamaño y el acabado revelan que estamos antes una tendencia ‘it’ para gente ‘it’. Aquí algunas fotos del rato divertido que pasamos de gente bella y encantadora como: Santander A., Marianne, Elba, Boris Izaguirre, Eglantina Zingg  y muchas caras conocidas, que esconden bellezas humanas.

Mi último evento fue la presentación a prensa del ‘convi jeans’ y la nueva línea ‘curvy’ de Cenia New York, línea que fue presentada el pasado mes de noviembre en la semana de la moda de Punta Cana, como siempre fue un placer ver las colecciones para mujeres reales y mujeres todo terreno presentada por esta encantadora mujer, súper, este evento único dónde contaron con profesionales del maquillaje, por qué uno ponernos en manos expertas y dejar que la magia se apodere de nosotros?

Nos queda decir ‘Cheers’  y a por 2018 eventos este nuevo año, alzar vuestras copas y a brindar por todo lo que está por llegar 😉

Hello Beautiful people! How are you?

Time just flu, and is the time of the year where we all dress up and take a glass of champagne in hand and say ‘cheers’, we have so many blessings to feel fulfilled by.

Is there better way to celebrate 2017 is almost gone than sumarizing those special events we have been attending the last month of the year? Life is wonderful and we have to take it less serious, and drinking it by the second, or we have to learn from professional and successful people whom work so hard when they have to and they have so much fun when they have the chance.

Talking about having fun, I had the honor to be a guest to this year Neoyorquinos Award, an event where recognizing the priceless work of well known professionals in their industry, what a honor to be surrounded by so many humble and successful people.

New York is a non stop, and same time and day and completely different directions we had another event…for those moments keep your phone in hand and call a uber 😉 30 minutes later we dropped off in front of Angel Sanchez Eyewear official Launching, first thing Fanny Mainera, founder of Latinas en New York, and I agreed was how amazingly well done and designed the sunglasses were, undoubtely sophistication in one art piece! We were surrounded by the most beautiful people you can imagine, thanks so much Angel and his crew for the warm event, Marianne, Santander, Elba and Boris Izaguirre.

My last event of the year but not less important was the ‘curvy’ collection and ‘convi jeans’ presented by designer #CeniaNewYork in the beautiful showroom of Fashion Institue of Technology, is amazing how Cenia’s dresses enhance beauty and body, she knows the perfect rules to make our bodies hide those part we don’t like the most and how to embellish our silhoutte!

My beautiful people is the time to say see you very soon, take your glass of champagne in hand and say, YES, yes to all the great things to come this 2018.
