Feliz Día de San Valentin a toda mi gente bella

We always think about Valentine’s Day as the day of love with our beloved people, but have you thought for one second how important is to love yourself? Have you taken time to pamper yourself and say I love myself above and beyond?

I was invited to talk to a very selective group of ladies in New York at Renew Esthetics MediSpa in Astoria about how important is our image in order to feel comfortable in our own skin, where beauty and fashion were working hand in hand to make our afternoon a time of self love,  the most fulfilling hours I had the chance to share with wonderful people, listening their expectations, talking about the importance of knowing which color tones are best for our skin tone, hair and eyes, and discovering the wardrobe essential a woman should start to create through the years.

Happy self love day, and remember if you don’t love yourself you won’t be able to give love and forget about receiving it!

Cuando pensamos en San Valentin lo primero que viene a nuestra cabeza es esa persona especial que nos quiere y nos hace pasar un día inolvidable, pero alguna vez habéis sacado tiempo de pensar cuan importante es amarnos a nosotros mismos? Tomar tiempo para consentirnos y hacer lo que nos hace feliz?

Hace unos días tuve el privilegio de ser invitada de honor para compartir con un grupo selecto de mujeres que se quieren mucho y que querían descubrir más trucos para sacarse más partido, un event único donde belleza y moda trabajaron de la mano para compartir con las invitadas  qué colores le sientan mejor a su tono de piel, de cabello y de ojos, a construir ese fondo de armario que tan de cabeza nos trae, y sobre todo como combinar dichas prendas.

No tengo más que palabras de agradecimiento para las asistentes por sacar tiempo para consentirse con burbujas de moda y belleza y a la fundadora de Renew Esthetics MediSpa por cuidar cada detalle y hacernos sentir como en casa.

Feliz día del amor propio y recordar que si no somos capaces de querernos a nosotros mismos, no seremos capaces de querer y tampoco de que nos quieran…
