aside DIOR Designer of Dreams

Dior The Exhibition

There is something undeniable about spending time with yourself, we focused and absorb everything to the fullest, exactly what happened to me when waking up in the morning and decided to go with not more and better company than myself, back to those days in Madrid where I did enjoy going to any museum more than shopping.

Brooklyn Museum here I come, I thought was going to be an easy walk-in, but when tried to get the ticket at the reception I had to wait almost 2 hours, safety protocol, those 118 minutes where absolutely worthy, hang out in the lobby and walked around to feel the artistic vibe.

Learn from my experience and get your ticket online, this exhibit is beyond magnificent, I have seen many fashion and designers exhibit in different cities, but Dior, is DIOR, it took me two hours to walk through the whole exhibit, and honestly because I could not started it over again, and again.

We can see how the label was so sophisticated from day one, passing time with different designers taking over and repecting the legacy of Monsieur Dior, an incredible retrospective from the early days of the house in Paris, how Dior took over New York, and how his predecessors Yves Saint Laurent, Marc Bohan, Gianfranco Ferre, John Galliano, Raf Simons and Maria Grazia Chiuri have worked tirelessly to make the house an insignia of timeless class, a dream for every woman.

Now I can say I have a favorite designer! If you love Haute Couture as much as I do, this is the chance you have been waiting for…

‘My dresses make a princess of every woman’

Christian Dior

Exhibition until Feb 20-2022

Te invito a soñar,

With love,

Ang
