It has been a while since last time we touched base, time goes by so fast!

March 2023! Incredible how the first three month of this new year are wrapping up towards the second third of the year, new season, new trends and most important the celebration of the International Women’s Month is getting to an end.

Undoubtedly March marks two important events: the welcome to spring days and the celebration of US, ladies, this month we stand tall and say thank you to life  and to all the fellows women who have fought for US, such as Susan B. Anthony, Elizabeth Cady Stanton and Sojourner Truth, also is a friendly reminder to work hand-in-hand on behalf of sisterhood, regardless our race, incomes, if we prefer pants or skirts, we are brilliant and deserve support from and for other women.

This month has been a celebration, I was so fortunate to attend NYC Celebrates Women The 4th Annual Conference Fundraiser this year honoring 23 women of color who are generating wealth and setting up the base for all of US who are trying to make the difference, braking generational gaps.

To you my dear friend, I invite you to defend your standards, who you are, love your imperfections, they make you unique and the person you are, keep in mind Fashion is here for inspiring US not make us slaves, be the Designer of your days, the Architect your life and Decorator of your energy!

Es increíble cómo pasan los días, Marzo llegó con un tiempo tan cambiante como las tendencias que empezarán a iluminarnos los días llegados la Primavera, no podía dejar pasar este mes para volver a esta, tu casa, donde todos tenemos voz!

Marzo marca dos grandes acontecimientos, la llegada de la primavera y el Mes International de la Mujer, mes en el nos sentimos liberadas de tanto corsets que nos fueron impuestos al nacer y que hemos luchado y seguimos haciéndolo incansablemente para conseguir que nuestra voz sea escuchada sin importar si llevamos pantalones o faldas.

Hablando de estilo, es increíble la de eventos que han marcado este mes, entre ellos el NYC Celebrates Women 4ta Conferencia Anual de la que llevo unos años siendo testigo como las mujeres de color están rompiendo con barreras generacionales, convirtiéndose en mujeres que generan riqueza y mucha inspiración a todas las que intentamos a portar cada día nuestro granito de arena.

A ti mujer te exhorto a defender quién eres, respetar tus ideales, amar tus imperfecciones, te hacen ser la persona que eres! La moda está ahí para inspirarnos, no para imperar en nuestras vidas y mucho menos para hacernos esclavas, se la diseñadora de tus días, arquitecta de tu vida y decoradora de tu energía. 

Un abrazo amiga mía y sigue siendo una mujer con tu propio estilo.
