Ir más al gym. Vivo por y para la causa.
Comprar menos. Esto está controladísimo.
Comer menos dulces. Uf, este es el gran sacrificio de mi vida, soy una enamorada de los postres!

Si continúo la lista de nuevos propósitos más de uno se sentirá muy identificado, tanto que creerá que es la suya, pero no, son algunos de los puntos que solía poner en la mía cuando no estaba entregaba a la vida sana.

Me hace tanta gracia ver como se llenan los gimnasios, muchos pagan cantidades indecentes de dinero abonando el total de una membresía VIP en algún club de postín, y no, por decir el nombre del club no vas a ponerte en forma, hay que sudar la camiseta y no vale con sudarla una vez al mes.

Yo después antes, durante y después continuo entrenando de 4-6 días a la semana, y para recuperar la lozanía de mi piel estoy preparando mis zumos detox que tomaré entre horas.

Piña, jengibre, tomate, pepino, espinacas, chia, limón, fresas, serán mis mejores amigos al menos 3 días a la semana.

Quit smoking. I do not smoke.
Go more often to the gym. I live to and for my daily workout.
Stop shopping. Thanks to the crisis I am not purchasing anything for a while.
Eat less candies and desserts. This is my big issue, I love desserts, and is a big sacrifice for me.

If I continue with the list more than one of you can feel identify with my new years resolutions, maybe you are thinking is your list.

The funniest situation is how every gym around is overcrowded, full of those persons who think that just for the fact of being enrolled into a famous sport clubs are going to get in shape, but not my dears, the reality is you have to sweat your t-shirt, and not once every month, if you have paid an expensive membership, is not just to tell the name of your #gym, #workout at least three times a week.

I have been training hard for eight years long, and at this time of the year I drink a homemade #GreenSmoothies, great for recovering my skin sane tone.

My refrigerator is full of pineapple, tomatoes, chia seed, spinach, cucumber, lemon and strawberry.
